Rooms for a family or a small group
The catalog lists second-floor suites at $130, first-floor suites at $150, duplex overwater cabanas at $250, a standalone one-bedroom cabana at $300, a two-bedroom overwater cabana at $400, and Villa 41 at $399. The two-bedroom cabana is the family layout: two bedrooms and a kitchenette. The minimum stay is 2 nights. Breakfast, kayaks, snorkel gear, and Wi-Fi come with the room.
A full-resort buyout is 18 rooms / up to 36 guests. Every room has a king bed. Email reservations@linapoint.com with the dates.
Retreats and wellness
Spa time is the published add-on menu. Sunrise yoga returns in mid-November 2026, when The Mayan reopens on November 12, 2026. A public price for the class is not listed.
- Swedish Massage (60 min): $65. In-room or beachside classic relaxation massage.
- Deep Tissue Massage (60 min): $75. Targeted pressure for chronic tension and knot relief.
- Hot Stone Massage (60 min): $90. Warm basalt stones melt away stress & ease muscle tension.
